Computational Design Optimization of Large-Scale Building Structures
An ambitious new EPSRC funded collaborative research project starts on 1st July 2016. The research will focus on the development of methods capable of identifying efficient structural layouts for large-scale building structures, such as long span roofs and tall buildings. The project involves researchers working at the Universities of Bath, Edinburgh and Sheffield and also a number of prominent companies and professional bodies.
